Non-Profit, Andson Inc., Presents “Sharpen Your Senses” Culinary & Beverage Fundraiser, Sept. 14th 2019
Event raises funds for the “award winning” Financial Literacy and Piggy Bank programs for local Elementary school students
Join presenting sponsors Scott & Sue Wing and the Andson Team as they present “Sharpen Your Senses” a benefit night including live entertainment, featuring Danny Seraphine with CTA, and a savory array of culinary concoctions and cocktails. The all-inclusive dining, dancing and libation pairing fundraiser will be held on Sept. 14th, from 6 – 10 p.m., at the Southern Highlands Golf Club Event Lawn, 1 Robert Trent Jones Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89141.
Net proceeds from this annual fundraising event supports Andson’s Financial Literacy and Piggy Bank Programs. The non-profit offers three programs: Andson Academics – a homework help and tutoring program, Andson Money – a series of financial literacy in-class lessons, and the Piggy Bank Program, a weekly banking program.
Hosted by News 3 Las Vegas and Wake Up with the CW, anchor, Krystal Allen, the festive event features signature dishes prepared by award-winning Southern Highlands Golf Club, Chef Terry Redihan, paired with select palatable wines, craft beers, and spirits.
Guests can dance the night away to the nostalgic songs, featuring the legendary Danny Seraphine (founding drummer of Chicago) with CTA (sponsored by the Dutton Family Foundation).
“Sharpen Your Senses is Las Vegas’ premier food and libation paring event. All funds raised are used locally to provide our much-needed programs to thousands of students in Southern Nevada,” said Sonia Anderson, founder of Andson, Inc. “We believe education is essential to personal development, and we encourage a lifelong love of learning.”
Attendees will enjoy the Mystery Bag excitement sponsored by JP Morgan Chase & Company. Each bag contains numerous items ranging from Wines, spirits, dining certificates, show tickets, golf, jewelry and even hotels stays. Select bags are valued over $2,000. The fun will continue on to the Libations Wall – where wine enthusiasts as well as novices can purchase a numbered cork from the wall for a chance to win the corresponding bottle of wine or spirit. Guests will also have the opportunity to win unique and specialty items from the Live and Silent Auction packages.
