As the new Rebels Relive History series continues, UNLV fans can enjoy one of the biggest upsets in men’s basketball program history this Friday, May 1, at 3 p.m. PT on the Runnin’ Rebels’ YouTube channel.

Former UNLV men’s basketball student-athletes Mike Moser and Justin Hawkins, will be joined by former Runnin’ Rebel and current radio analyst Curtis Terry, as the trio takes part in the live program. Watching an edited version (just over 30 minutes long) of UNLV’s 2011 win over No. 1 North Carolina at Orleans Arena in the Las Vegas Invitational, they will provide comments, share their memories and take questions from fans.

Hawkins is currently on the men’s basketball staff at Pacific, while Moser recently retired from playing professionally and is now a player development coach with the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks. Terry just launched a new podcast called UnCommenTerry, with episodes set to begin in May.

Fans who would like to ask questions in advance of the YouTube broadcast, can do so at @TheRunninRebels on Twitter or @runninrebels on Instagram.

The 90-80 win over the nation’s top-ranked team marked the first for any Mountain West squad. Moser had a double-double vs. the Tar Heels finishing with 16 points, a game-high 18 rebounds and six assists, then was recognized as ESPN.com’s National Player of the Week.
