Saddle up, because Rouge Room at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa is bringing country charm to all new heights with the revamped Rouge Roundup. Starting at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 21, the cocktail lounge’s new recurring country night will feature a mechanical bull, a rotating lineup of live country artists and a custom cocktail menu. As the cowboy boots come on, Rouge Roundup will deliver a fusion of country twang and Las Vegas flair for an elevated twist on the honky tonk experience. Locals and visitors alike are encouraged to dress in their country best as Vegas-based country artists Harmony Shay and Sierra Black take the stage, bringing fresh takes on country favorites, while DJ Lucky Lou keeps the energy high between performances with crowd-moving, pulse-pumping beats. Those looking for excitement can take a ride on a mechanical bull, while those looking for some fresh night air can step outside to enjoy the evening’s patio beer garden, complete with lawn games including cornhole, Jenga and more. Alongside standard lounge fair, custom artwork and merchandise designed by local artist @blazbenbrooks, including hats, tees and bandannas, will be available for purchase. To make the debut on August 21 that much more memorable, custom, on-site embroidery will be available for guests to personalize their favorite bandannas.
As no roundup is complete without bold drinks, Rouge Roundup will feature a specialty menu from the evening’s sponsors, Jack Daniel’s and Budweiser. Options include $6 American lagers, $8 shot specials and signature honky tonk cocktails including the Giddy Up, an energizing mix of Tito’s Vodka, cranberry, lemonade and Red Bull Watermelon; the Wild Wild West, a sweet and spicy cocktail of Herradura silver tequila, Cointreau, passionfruit, lime and fire tincture; the summery American Made made with Tito’s vodka, strawberry syrup, lemon juice and cucumber mint soda; and the Southern Drawl, a smooth blend of Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7, blackberry, lime and ginger beer. To partner with these delectable cocktails, Rouge Room is offering an expanded menu featuring southern-style light bites including Nashville hot chicken, brisket mac ‘n’ cheese and western sliders. To sweeten the whole deal, Rouge Room will be extending its Ladies Night discounts to Thursdays, offering ladies and ladies groups 50% off their total bill at the end of the night.
