With a sophisticated and upscale ambiance, TENDER Steak & Seafood at Luxor Hotel and Casino presents a new wine and cheese menu to offer guests an exquisite tasting experience beginning Sunday, March 4.

For smooth white or red tastings by the glass, guests will enjoy two glasses priced at $8 or four glasses priced at $15. For white wine pairing options, the menu features selections including Chateau St. Michelle Eroica Riesling 2008, Ravenswood Chardonnay 2006, Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc 2010, William Hill Chardonnay 2008 or a Cakebread Chardonnay 2008. For the red wine selection, guests will enjoy selections of a Louis Martini Cabernet Sauvignon 2008, Mac Murray Ranch Pinot Noir 2008, Ferrari-Carano Merlot 2006, Beaujolais Georges Duboeuf 2008, Apothic Blend 2009 or a Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2006.

TENDER also will offer an American Artisan cheese tasting menu. Guests will enjoy a selection of two cheese items priced at $8 or four cheese items priced at $15. With intricate flavors and textures, the menu features an array of cheeses that include a Bandich Cheddar, Grafton Village Cheddar, Purple Moon Cheddar, Mouco Colorouge, Pleasant Ridge Reserve Gruyere, Marieka Gouda, Mine Shafts Blue, San Andreas Sheep, Bermuda Triangle Goat and Truffle Tremor Goat.

The elegant 12,000-square-foot restaurant features warm cherry wood walls and soft mood lighting for an upscale dining experience. Highlighted by leather seating and antler-crusted chandeliers, the interior offers guests a luxurious ambiance combined with a classic and intimate feel. TENDER has a relaxing main dining room, bar and lounge and two smaller private dining rooms for meetings and small parties accommodating 15 to 30 guests, respectively.
