Annie Meadows Elegant Summer Concert Under the Stars
“Water & Rhinestones” Free Event at Lake Las Vegas, June 14th
Contemporary Singer/Songwriter Annie Meadows has scheduled a spectacular musical event at Lake Las Vegas on Friday, June 14th with a free evening Summer Concert on the beautiful lakefront stage of MonteLago Village.
The 3rd Annual Annie Meadows Summer Concert – “Water & Rhinestones” – will be an elegant three-hour musical extravaganza under the stars from 7:00 to 10:00 pm featuring a string orchestra consisting of two Violins, two Violas and a Cello along with a French Horn and vocal headliner Annie Meadows on Grand Piano.
The lavish production will feature musicians in black and white formal attire – with the women and Annie in long flowing white gowns and the men in tuxedoes – playing a family-friendly mix of light classics, such as “Moon River” and “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” along with a medley of romantic love songs and the best of Annie’s many hit CDs, including her most recent “Relentless.”
“I am so much looking forward to this event… and to greeting friends both new and old,” she adds, “and along the way, I will be sharing heart-felt and tender personal stories about my family, those who shaped and formed my career and how a piano became my best friend and got me through some of the most difficult times in my life.”
This will be a very special concert from start to finish, filled with personal touches and surprises – and Annie Meadows as you’ve never seen her before – all under the stars and with a spectacular Lake Las Vegas backdrop that will truly make this a night to remember.
