Former Cupcakery Summerlin location re-opens with new menu and a fresh dollop of frosting!
Baking news! Caked Las Vegas is now open and making sweet dreams a reality. The one-stop bakeshop offers everything from a wide variety of sweet and savory cupcakes, cakes, sweet treats and more.
The cupcake menu at Caked Las Vegas offers such classic selections as Flower Power (vanilla or chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream rosettes); Birthday Cake (confetti cake with vanilla or chocolate buttercream and topped with confetti cake crumbs); Strawberry Bliss (strawberry cake topped with strawberry buttercream); Café Mocha (espresso-infused cake with a chocolate topped with an espresso buttercream swirl); and Red Velvet (traditional red velvet cake topped with cream cheese icing); and more decadent offerings such as the Chocoholic (rich chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, rolled in chocolate curls and topped with a ganache drizzle); Coconut Cream (sweet coconut cake topped with cream cheese icing and rolled in toasted coconut); Chocolate Peanut Butter (chocolate cake topped with peanut butter buttercream, drizzled with ganache and peanut butter) and the Pink Bubbly (raspberry cake with a champagne buttercream and dipped in a gourmet ruby chocolate ganache), to name a few.
Formerly known as The Cupcakery Summerlin location, Caked Las Vegas is owned and operated by Ricardo Gudino. Gudino was most recently featured on the Food Network’s “Cupcake Championships.”
“Caked Las Vegas is excited to bring its bespoke flavors and elevated desserts to the masses,” said Gudino. “At Caked, we’re taking cupcakes, cakes and more to the next level and offer something for everyone.”
In addition to its vast and varied cupcake menu, the full-service bakeshop offers ready-to-go celebration cakes and cake slices; Rice Krispies treats; seasonal decorated sugar cookies and other assorted cookies; tarts with fruit or cheesecake; cannolis; eclairs, and “ultimate fudge” brownies. Caked Las Vegas can also create custom order cakes for any occasion.
Caked Las Vegas will also offer weekly specials and alternating “Flavors of the Month,” in addition to a daily selection of vegan, gluten free and sugar free options. August’s specialty flavors are Pina Colada (coconut cake filled with a coconut cream and topped with a pineapple cream cheese icing); Key Lime Pie (graham cracker cake topped with a key lime cream cheese) and Banana Split (banana cake filled with strawberry preserves and topped with a vanilla and chocolate buttercream swirl).
