Riviera Hotel & Casino Offering “Grand Guarantee” to New Player’s Club Members
New Riviera Rewards members have their first $1,000 covered
The Riviera Hotel & Casino announces its “Grand Guarantee” program for new Riviera Rewards members, with a player’s first $1,000 on the day of enrollment covered by the casino. The promotion is valid on slot machines and video poker and new members’ play will be tracked by using their players’ card.
“We offer the best gamble in town and now we have a $1,000 guarantee to prove it,” says Noah Acres, senior vice president of Gaming Development at Riviera Hotel & Casino. “Providing never-before-seen benefits like this for our new Riviera Rewards members sets us apart when it comes to the customer’s gaming experience.”
Reimbursement for up to $1,000 of actual losses must be redeemed before 11:59 p.m. on the day of enrollment and will be paid in two phases: 50% of the player’s qualified tier rated slot loss will be paid in bonus slot play on the day the player signs up; the remaining 50% is available in bonus slot play on the third day of the following month and is valid for 1 year.
New Riviera Rewards members are eligible for the Grand Guarantee program. The new player must not have been a member of any Riviera Player’s Club for the past 24 months. Actual slot losses must occur on the day of enrollment and can be redeemed one time before 11:59 p.m. on that day.
