UNLV ATHLETICS ANNOUNCES REBEL REWARDS PROGRAM

New season ticket holder benefit to reward those with high attendance at games

UNLV Athletics has announced a brand-new program to reward season ticket holders for ensuring that their tickets are used at events. The Rebel Rewards Program is a new season ticket holder benefit designed to reward season ticket holders for any UNLV Athletics ticketed sport whose tickets are scanned and used at games this season.

The program is in place for all Rebel ticketed sports including football, men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, men’s and women’s soccer, softball, and baseball. Rewards will be given for tickets scanned at 60% (except football), 80%, and 100% of ticketed events.

“One of our goals with this program is to reward our fans for making sure that even if they can’t attend a game because of a scheduling conflict, that they give their tickets to a family member or friend who can attend and cheer on the Rebels,” UNLV Director of Athletics Desiree Reed-Francois said.

“It takes all of us pulling in the right direction and we are excited to show our appreciation for those supporters who will come out game after game to help give us a home-court advantage at the Thomas & Mack Center,” UNLV Men’s Basketball Head Coach T.J. Otzelberger said.

Runnin’ Rebel basketball supporters who eclipse the attendance marks this season will have the opportunity to earn a photo signed by Coach Otzelberger, a Runnin’ Rebel facilities tour by coaches and student-athletes, and a postseason shootaround and mini clinic at the Mendenhall Center with student-athletes and coaches.

Football season ticket holders will have the opportunity to get a personalized note from a member of the team or coaching staff and a tour of the new Fertitta Football Complex.

“Las Vegas offers a lot of different entertainment options so this is another great way for us to thank our fans for choosing to spend their time with us,” UNLV Football Head Coach Tony Sanchez said.

“Our Lady Rebel fans are the heartbeat of our team and we are excited to introduce a program that rewards them for their loyalty and commitment,” UNLV Women’s Basketball Coach Kathy Olivier said.
