Amaya Modern Mexican Restaurant at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will present a bold and elevated dining experience in celebration of Father’s Day on Sunday, June 15. Brunch and dinner service will feature specialty dishes, handcrafted cocktails, and the vibrant energy of Amaya.
Michelin-starred Chef Jason McLeod will put his twist on upscale Mexican cuisine with dishes that will be exclusively available on Father’s Day: Morita-crema lamb chops, served alongside a cilantro salad, crispy baked potato and fried chickpeas, priced at $49. A decadent dessert, a cigarro de papa, will feature a crunchy phyllo shell filled with dark chocolate Añejo mousse, priced at $18.
Raise a glass to dad with the Smoked Oaxacan Old Fashioned, a rich, smoky blend of Flecha Azul Añejo, chocolate mole bitters and orange bitters, priced at $20.
Amaya is open from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday; 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Sunday. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, with a selection of brunch items available.
