Giddy up, Las Vegas! National Finals Rodeo (NFR) is right around the corner and in honor of the annual event, Andiamo Steakhouse at the D Las Vegas will be cooking up 100-day, dry-aged Snake River Farms American Wagyu Steaks. The popular Italian eatery will have 200, 36 oz. steaks available, starting at $175. Customers are encouraged to reserve their steak ahead of time by calling Andiamo (702-388-2220) or by reserving online.
Premier producer Snake River Farms was founded in 1968 out of Boise, Idaho. The brand has created a revered local business that prides itself on being involved in every step of beef production. Their comprehensive and unique approach gives the steaks an unparalleled tenderness, buttery texture and complex flavor profile that leaves a lasting impression.
After dinner, guests who are looking to catch a glimpse of NFR action can head next door to the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center, where free nightly watch parties will be held all week. Fans will be able to gather in the 20,000-square-foot, temperature-controlled tent featuring large viewing screens to catch every second of the NFR event. Delicious drink specials and concerts from Pepie’s One Man Band will keep the party going as the evening unfolds. The watch parties will run from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and are open to all ages.
