Arizona Charlie’s Donates Over 140 Meals
to Local Charity During 12th Annual ‘Feed-A-Family’
Arizona Charlie’s Decatur, located at 740 S. Decatur Blvd. and Arizona Charlie’s Boulder, located at 4575 Boulder Hwy., donated more than 140 meals to the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) as a result of its 12th annual “Feed-A-Family” charitable initiative.
Nearly four million points were donated by True Rewards members, with 2,282,628 points donated at the Decatur property and 1,640,254 points donated at the Boulder location. One guest at Decatur graciously donated one million points to the initiative.
For every 12,000 points contributed by True Rewards members, Arizona Charlie’s donated baskets of food to a local charitable organization. This year, Arizona Charlie’s partnered with SNRHA, whose mission is to provide stable, quality, affordable housing opportunities for low and moderate income families throughout the community. Each box included a whole turkey, along with traditional holiday fixings such as vegetables, stuffing and pie.
The annual “Feed-A-Family” program provides boxes of food to families through partnerships with local food pantries in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Arizona Charlie’s has fed thousands of families in need since the program’s inception in 2012.
