Artist Info: Formed in the early 1980s, ASIA’s eponymous debut album received considerable commercial success, spending several weeks at the top of the charts and receiving multi-platinum certification. The album featured the hit singles, “Only Time Will Tell” and “Heat of the Moment,” the latter of which peaked at number four on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The band’s success continued with their second album Alpha, which once again peaked in the top 10 on the Billboard charts and received platinum certification. Despite several lineup changes, the band continued to tour worldwide and produce music, releasing studio albums throughout the 1990s and 2000s. In 2007 the original members of the band reunited and released the album Phoenix. The band’s current album XXX, celebrating their 30th anniversary, was released in 2012.
