JW Marriott’s premier restaurant updates brunch hours and adds new menu items, mimosa bar and champagne flights
Hawthorn Grill at JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa is set to take over the brunch game with new menu items and updated favorites for the New Year. Champagne campaign enthusiasts can enjoy the new Domaine Chandon mimosa bar or indulge in a champagne flight featuring bubbly from Moët, Veuve Clicquot, and Chandon. Guests can enjoy the most important meal of the weekend in the lush surroundings, including waterfalls and koi ponds, and listen to smooth sounds while dining and drinking bubbly with free live entertainment throughout brunch. Brunch-goers can also enjoy the convenience of free valet parking near the restaurant at the Spa Tower entrance. The new brunch hours are 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. every Sunday.
In the newly revamped Sunday brunch menu, Hawthorn Grill includes guest favorites from their extensive breakfast and lunch menus including Short Rib Flatbread, Crispy Wisconsin Cheese Curds, Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast, Hawthorn Chopped Salad, Steak Frites, and Huevos Rancheros.
In addition to the menu’s greatest hits, the premier restaurant at JW Marriott Las Vegas also added new menu items including:
Hawthorn Signature Pancakes – weekly pancake
Eggs Benedict – English muffin, rosemary ham, poached eggs, hollandaise, breakfast potatoes
Crab Cake Benedict – English muffin, crab cakes, poached eggs, hollandaise, breakfast potatoes
Warm Beignets – Nutella, berry compote, apple cinnamon
Hawthorn Grill also has a full juice and smoothie menu including: Cleansing Carrot, and Revitalizing Blend juices, as well as Nourish Potion, and Recharge Remedy smoothies.

Hawthorn Grill is open daily for breakfast 6 – 11 a.m. Monday – Saturday and 6 – 9 a.m. on Sunday with the daily breakfast buffet. Beginning at 10 a.m. Sunday mornings is home to Brunch with live music, brunch favorites, and mimosas and bloody marys served until 2 p.m. Lunch is served daily Monday – Saturday 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Dinner service is available 5 – 10 p.m. Sunday – Thursday and 5 – 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The bar and lounge is open daily from 4 – 11 p.m. Sunday – Thursday and 4 p.m. – 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday. The Hawthorn Grill patio is available to guests for breakfast, brunch, lunch, Happy Hour and dinner.
