The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower will elevate celebrations for father figures with bold flavors, ice-cold brews, spectacular views and more at several of The STRAT’s signature restaurants, exclusively from Friday, June 13 through Sunday, June 15.
At Top of the World Steakhouse, the award-winning restaurant known for its revolving 360-degree views of the Las Vegas Strip, guests may “meat” up with Dad and indulge in specials including candied pork belly sliders with house-made pickles, apple and cabbage slaw and cherry pepper barbecue sauce, priced at $18; a 24-ounce T-bone steak from Creekstone Farms in Kansas, served with charred corn and poblano pico and caramelized onion mashed potatoes, priced at $95; and chocolate cake topped with raspberry jam, dark chocolate mousse and bourbon caramel, priced at $18. To complement the featured dishes, Top of the World will offer the Dealer’s Choice Old Fashioned, made with a choice of premium whiskey or bourbon, brown sugar, orange essence and Angostura aromatic bitters, priced at $21.
McCall’s Grill will celebrate dads with decadent dishes, including a surf and turf trio featuring a 16-ounce T-bone steak, grilled lobster and shrimp skewer, served with risotto and chimichurri, priced at $64. Dessert will include a warm apple bourbon crisp topped with salted caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream, priced at $12. Guests can elevate their meal with the Smoked Oaxaca Old Fashioned, crafted with Don Julio Añejo tequila, agave nectar, mandarin orange chocolate mole bitters and toasted wood chips, priced at $22.
At both PT’s Wings & Sports and View Lounge, guests can dig into Dad’s Trifecta, a burger and beer pairing, priced at $30. Dad’s Trifecta will include a towering triple cheeseburger stacked with burger sauce, shredded lettuce, tomato, bread & butter pickles and American cheese – paired with a choice between two curated beer flights: The Dusk ‘Till Dawn flight will include Kona Big Wave, Firestone 805, Dos Equis Ambar and Guinness Draught; while the IPA Tour flight will feature Atomic Duck IPA, Elysian Space Dust IPA, The Walrus Hazy IPA and Viva Hop Vegas Hazy IPA.
Guests are also invited to celebrate with a special giveaway on Father’s Day. True Rewards members who earn 500 base points will receive a voucher at the kiosk, which can be redeemed at the True Rewards Center for one of several prizes, including a portable vacuum, robot vacuum, LED flame diffuser and warmer or an alarm clock with a charging station. Each account holder may redeem up to four different prizes – one of each type – while supplies last.
