Celebrate Father’s Day at Poppy Den with a Special BBQ

Poppy Den by Chef Angelo Sosa is celebrating Father’s Day with a delicious BBQ celebration on Sunday, June 16. Chef Sosa invites Dads and their families to celebrate on the patio as he grills all-American BBQ favorites.

“I created a special barbecue menu for Father’s Day that features all-American favorites that I will be grilling on the patio,” said Chef Angelo Sosa. “I welcome Dads and their families to come and celebrate with me.”
· 1 ½ pound Lobster with Thai Basil Garlic Butter
· 14-ounce Grilled Ribeye with Soy Steak Sauce
· Baby Back Ribs with Cherry Chipotle BBQ Sauce
· Surf and Turf featuring a 14-ounce grilled rib-eye steak and a half Maine lobster

Guests can choose two sides with their entrée such as Asian Slaw, Grilled Corn, Potato Salad, Mac and Cheese or Watermelon Salad. Father’s Day wouldn’t be complete without Beer Floats, a dessert made with ice cream and sorbet served in a mason jar.

Chef Sosa will be grilling on Poppy Den’s patio. Featuring umbrellas, booth, table and bar seating, it makes for the perfect Father’s Day setting. In addition to the special Father’s Day menu, the full menu will also be available. Children 12 and under receive complimentary soft drinks and can enjoy offerings from Poppy Den’s children’s menu, Little Poppy.
