A flirty twist on American classics, Holsteins Shakes and Buns presents a celebratory Lovester Burger ($35) this Valentine’s Day with grass-fed beef, butter poached lobster, bibb lettuce, pickled shallots and lemon tarragon aioli, alongside a tasteful Roasted Beet and Burrata Salad ($19). To commemorate the holiday, Holsteins whipped up an exclusive Cupid’s Kiss Bamboozled Shake ($15) sure to make guests swoon with chocolate vodka, red velvet whoopee pie, raspberries, gold sixlets and a berry lollipop.
