at Resorts World Las Vegas Announce December Events
Clique Hospitality has announced December hours and events for the company’s nightlife destinations: Eight Lounge and Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge at Resorts World Las Vegas.
Eight Lounge
Open from 4 p.m. to close Monday through Friday; 1 p.m. to close on Saturday and Sunday; humidor is open daily from 11 a.m. to close.
New Year’s Eve: Humidor is open for retail and members from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.; smoking lounge is open from 1 p.m. to close.
Eight, a lush cigar and cocktail lounge at Resorts World, takes its name from the lucky number in Chinese culture. The number eight is incorporated throughout the 7,000-square-foot space featuring a custom-built walk-in humidor and 2,200-square-foot terrace. Named “Best Cigar Shop” in Las Vegas Weekly’s 2023 “Best of Vegas” awards and “Best Cigar Lounge” by VEGAS Magazine’s 2023 “Best of the City” awards, Eight offers more than 150 cigars from Drew Estate, Arturo Fuente, and Ashton, along with an ever-changing rotation of other top-notch cigars. Eight also offers premium cocktails crafted by mixologists well-versed in the flavor profiles of premium tobaccos to expertly pair premium cigars with spirits and craft cocktails. Eight Lounge will be embracing the cowboy spirit with the return of the rodeo finals to Las Vegas from Thursday, Dec. 7 to Saturday, Dec 16. Inspired by the rodeo, Eight Lounge will be highlighting select whiskey and tequila flight offerings as well as bourbon and cigar pairing and specialty cocktails.
- Sunday, Dec. 31: New Year’s Eve
Eight Lounge will be hosting football watch parties leading up to a spectacular New Year’s Eve celebration. Doors will open at 1 p.m. for the college football games, providing an energetic atmosphere until 9 p.m. The night will then transition into Eight’s New Year’s Eve party, beginning at 9 p.m. and continuing until close. To mark the arrival of the new year, complimentary DeLeón tequila shots will be offered at midnight. Throughout the evening, guests can catch all the football action on TVs, displaying college football games as well as the countdown to 2024.
- Football Viewing
- Eight Lounge will show professional and college football games available on local channels throughout the regular 2023-2024 season.
- Football fans can indulge in game-day bites from Eight’s menu, provided by Brezza, highlighted by lollipop wings tossed in a spicy chili and served with a blue cheese dipping sauce as well as a selection of other gameday fare.

- Thursday Night : 4 p.m. – close
- College Saturday: 1:00 p.m. – close, games will be shown until 9 p.m.
- Sunday Blitz: 1 p.m. – close
- The menu features a wide selection of premium and rare spirits including Woodson Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Hall of Fame player Charles Woodson.
- Guests can select a bourbon to pair with one of the more than 150 cigars housed inside the lounge’s custom-built, walk-in humidor.
Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge
Open daily at 4 p.m.
New Year’s Eve: Open from noon to 7:30 p.m.; closed for New Year’s Eve party preparations from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.; New Year’s Eve party begins at 9 p.m. to close.

The upscale lounge invites guests to dress in their best “Roaring Twenties” outfits while dancing the night away to beats and sounds by DJ Sax Duo Roger, transporting guests to Gatsby’s manor for a night to remember. Revelers can also sip on bubblies from Moët & Chandon champagne or the smoothest pours of Volcan X.A tequila.
- Wednesday, Dec. 13: Nightlife Paparazzi Awards
Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge is set to host the prestigious Nightlife Paparazzi Awards, a grand celebration honoring the finest photographers within the Las Vegas industry. The event will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 13 with doors opening at 9 p.m. All the talented individuals nominated for these awards are cordially invited to a night of recognition and celebration at Gatsby’s Lounge, where a hosted bar will be available for invited guests from 10 p.m. to midnight. The awards will acknowledge photographers in various categories, including Best Cocktail Photos, Best Food Photos, Best Action Photo, Best DJ Photo, Best Champagne/Presentation Photo, Best Architecture Photo, Best Full Venue Photo, Best Candid Photo, Best Male Photographer, Best Female Photographer, Best Up & Coming Photographer, and Photographer of the Year.
- Thursday, Dec. 7 to Saturday, Dec. 16: Rodeo Week
In honor of the national rodeo finals, Gatsby’s will craft a selection of cowboy-inspired cocktails, including the Crown Special, a classic boiler maker which combines a shot of Crown with a glass of beer, and the Bulleit Old Fashioned, made with Bulleit bourbon, simple syrup and bitters, garnished with fresh orange.
- Friday, Dec. 1: New Year’s Eve
Gatsby’s will be showing all the football action, followed by a glitzy and glamorous New Year’s Eve celebration. Guests can find a great angle on all the games from noon to 7:30 p.m. with multiple TVs positioned throughout the lounge. General admission for the New Year’s Eve Party will begin at 9 p.m., with tickets available starting at $50. This ticket includes a complimentary drink, redeemable before midnight. As the clock strikes midnight, guests will be able to toast to the new year with champagne provided by Moet & Chandon, all while dancing into the new year to electrifying beats by DJ Kid Funk.
