Eight Lounge Teams up with Peyton Barber Foundation
for “Sticks & Kicks” Charity Event
Eight Lounge, the luxe cigar and spirits lounge at Resorts World Las Vegas, will continue its “Sticks & Kicks” series with a special charity edition. In partnership with the Peyton Barber Foundation (PBF), the next iteration will lace up starting at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9.
Bringing together shoe and cigar culture for an evening of fashion, luxury, premium cigars and spirits, “Sticks & Kicks” is a signature event taking place in the 7,000-square-foot lounge featuring an outdoor terrace and custom-built, walk-in humidor. Eight Lounge encourages “Sticks & Kicks” guests to make shoe or monetary donations to the Peyton Barber Foundation. In exchange, guests will receive a raffle ticket, offering the opportunity to win a pair of sneakers as well as other enticing prizes.
PBF, established by professional running back Peyton Barber, is dedicated to supporting underprivileged children in Las Vegas by providing them with much needed resources such as cleats, sneakers, clothing and haircuts. Aiming to boost their confidence and inspire generational change in underserved communities, the organization also drives to create athletic programs and mentorship opportunities to guide young people away from negative life choices.
Eight Lounge offers a carefully curated collection of high-end, premium cigars and spirits as well as craft cocktails available in a luxurious lounge and terrace. The menu also includes hand-crafted cocktails designed to pair well with the available cigars or to sip on their own. The mixologists and staff at the lounge well-versed in the flavors profiles of premium tobaccos to offer expert pairing recommendations. Located in The District of Resorts World Las Vegas, Eight Lounge is open Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to close and Saturday and Sunday from 1 p.m. to close.
