Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa is excited to announce the West Coast debut of the beloved Philadelphia eatery, Federal Donuts & Chicken, will take place on Tuesday, March 8. The famed culinary destination will become a must-visit spot for both Las Vegas locals and travelers alike. On opening day, the first 50 customers will receive a free Fancy donut.
Federal Donuts & Chicken was co-founded by partners Chef Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook, the multiple James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs from Philadelphia who when Federal Donuts & Chicken burst onto the scene in 2011, it changed the course of donut history.
Guests of the eatery will be able to indulge in a variety of mouthwatering treats, as the menu will feature the destination’s famous trifecta of Donuts, Fried Chicken, and Coffee, among other delectable options including the Strawberry-Lavender Hot-Fresh, S’more Fancy or the classic Fried Chicken Sandwich. Whether it is the perfect breakfast pastry and breakfast sandwich or a savory fried chicken lunch, diners will find something to satisfy their cravings.
The addition of Federal Donuts & Chicken to the resort’s Food Court further enhances the already impressive dining options available to guests.
