On Tuesday, March 16, Celebrity Chef and TV Personality Scott Conant embarked on a culinary trip across Las Vegas on the heels of the statewide indoor dining occupancy increase to 50%.
The restauranteur was spotted supporting local hotspots throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including Carson Kitchen, Al Solito Posto, La Strega and JING Las Vegas, where he dined with a close-knit group of friends.
Conant was seen entering Carson Kitchen for lunch at approximately 12 p.m., where he enjoyed Devil’s Eggs, Pork Belly and the restaurant’s signature Secret Sunday Chicken. Conant was spotted exiting the venue at approximately 1:15 p.m.
Conant was seen entering Al Solito Posto at approximately 5:30 p.m. for light bites. The Celebrity Chef noshed on Fried Burrata Scarpetta, Nonna’s Meatballs, Little Gem Caesar and Cacio e Pepe. Conant was spotted exiting the venue at approximately 6:45 p.m.
Conant was seen entering La Strega for dinner at approximately 7 p.m., where he enjoyed Braised Rabbit, Prosciutto Cotto Pizza, Frutti Di Mare, New Zealand Lamb Chops, Bay Leaf Panna Cotta and Chianti Affogato. Conant was spotted exiting the venue at approximately 9 p.m.
Conant finished the night with live music and small bites at JING Las Vegas located at Downtown Summerlin. He was spotted entering the venue at approximately 9:15 p.m., where he enjoyed the Salmon Strawberry Avocado roll and the Tuna Pizza, paired with sounds by a live violinist and deejay. Conant and his crew were spotted exiting the venue around 11 p.m.
