Hawthorn Grill inside JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa announces its all-new seasonal menu for fall and winter, starring ingredients such as butternut squash, black truffles, seasonal fruits and black garlic. From steaks and chops to seasonal soups and salads, these fresh offerings join Hawthorn Grill’s crave-worthy selection of American classics. Additionally, Hawthorn offers a creative selection of after-dinner cocktails, desserts, and other imaginative concoctions that combine both—such as the Tiramisu Martini.

- Hamachi Tartare – Sesame, avocado, soy, yuzu, cilantro
- Filet Mignon Tartare – Cured egg, crispy capers, crostini, Dijon
- Chef’s Charcuterie – Artisanal cured meats, diligently selected cheeses, jam, Lavosh
- Butternut Squash Bisque – Crème fraiche, puff pastry
- Roasted Beet Salad – Whipped goat cheese, citrus pistachio, balsamic
