The owners of the world-famous Graceland Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas are proud to announce their latest venture, Storybook Wedding Chapel. Located in the heart of downtown Las Vegas’ historic Wedding Row district, the stunning reimagined venue is set to open in September, 2025. Introducing Storybook Wedding Chapel — Originally built in 1928, the historic bungalow-style structure located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas acted as a residence for nearly three decades. Reed Whipple, a Las Vegas banker and politician, resided at the address. As a prominent community leader, Whipple held a long tenure as a Las Vegas City Councilman.
Storybook Wedding Chapel is a captivating new venue that redefines wedding day romance by bringing each couple’s unique love story to life. Nestled in Las Vegas’ historic downtown district, the chapel is housed in a beautifully restored 1928 building, thoughtfully reimagined to create a timeless yet enchanting setting. Here, couples are invited to celebrate their love and commitment in a truly magical way. Adding to its charm, Storybook Wedding Chapel will be among the first in Las Vegas to offer newlyweds a “first dance” at the altar immediately following their ceremony — a memorable beginning to their happily ever after.
Inspired by timeless fairytales and love stories, Storybook Wedding Chapel features elegant architecture, charming décor, and a romantic ambiance all set in a lovely renovated mid-century style cottage. Happy couples will be offered a variety of breathtaking photo-ops, including a stunning handmade floral wall, one of a kind 60-year old stained glass window, an elegant outdoor garden, and an intimate gazebo; all of which are picture-perfect “Instagrammable” moments for capturing a couple’s celebration of love.
“After decades of welcoming couples from around the world, we set out to create an enchanted chapel setting unlike anything else in Las Vegas,” said Dee Dee Duffy, co-owner of Storybook Wedding Chapel. “Preserving the timeless charm of this 100-year-old cottage was essential in creating the unforgettable and elegant wedding experience we envision for our couples.”
Storybook Wedding Chapel will offer a variety of traditional packages for weddings, vow renewals, and commitment ceremonies. With distinctive services among varying packages and price-points, the chapel’s experienced team is dedicated to tailoring every detail to the couple’s vision. With package options such as Once Upon a Time and Happily Ever After, the new wedding chapel is making classic storybook fairytale weddings into a reality. And, of course, Storybook Wedding Chapel will also provide options for Elvis themed ceremonies.
