IPEC LAS VEGAS OFFERS BOOKING INCENTIVE FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON

It’s never too early to firm up plans for the busiest entertaining season of the year. Party planners who book a holiday-season event—or any event in December 2015—at IPEC Las Vegas by Nov. 15, 2015, will receive 25 percent off the facility’s regular rental rate. IPEC is Las Vegas’ newest freestanding events venue and the only one of its kind in the industry that offers onsite overnight accommodations exclusively to guests who book the venue’s event spaces. For guests who would prefer not to drive after a night of good cheer, these comfortable rooms will be a welcome option.
IPEC Las Vegas allows planners to choose from among its three preferred catering companies: B with a Twist, Cut and Taste and Masterpiece Cuisine. Each company stands ready to customize a culinary program for any event—from a luncheon, to an evening reception or sit-down dinner.
Unveiled to the public last month, IPEC Las Vegas is available for corporate meetings, association conferences, education events, training seminars or any event when an immersive, focused atmosphere is desired. Meanwhile, its elegant 5,000-square-foot front foyer, with soaring 29-foot-high ceilings, and expansive, 10,000-square-foot ballroom make stunning backdrops for the most festive occasions. Two customizable LED screens, including one 22-foot-high screen in the foyer and one 22-foot-wide screen in the south lobby, may be programmed with seasonal greetings, company sizzle reels or any other graphic or video content. IPEC Las Vegas also offers 24/7 security and onsite parking for 200 vehicles.
Of its 49 onsite overnight rooms, 46 have two queen beds, a bathroom, desk and sitting area. Two one-bedroom accommodations have a master bath, living room and wet bar, while one four-bedroom accommodation offers three baths, a living room, dining room and kitchen—perfect for an executive retreat, VIP speaker green room or bridal party suite. Each room also includes a fully stocked mini bar.
