A bold night of flavor is coming to the Strip as Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar teams up with Flecha Azul Tequila for an exclusive five-course pairing dinner on Thursday, Aug. 21, at 6 p.m. The one-night-only event promises an immersive tasting experience featuring Southwestern-inspired dishes paired with expertly crafted tequila cocktails.
The menu, curated by Executive Chef Pedro Cruz, features creative pairings that highlight the complexity and character of Flecha Azul’s acclaimed tequila expressions:
- First course: Green tomato pozole, paired with “Baja Mirage,” a blend of Flecha Blanco, coconut, limoncello, soda and Blue Curaçao
- Second course: Coconut habanero ceviche, paired with the “Sunset Seduction,” made with Flecha Blanco, lime, peach and strawberry
- Third course: Smoked chicken tostada with pickled peach salsa, paired with the “La Diabla Dulce,” a mix of Flecha Añejo, peach, jalapeño foam and a dual rim
- Fourth course: Pulled pork tamale with Flecha Azul Reposado BBQ sauce, paired with “Midnight Saddle,” made with Flecha Azul Extra Añejo, vermouth, pecan and chocolate bitters
- Fifth course: Corn bread tres leches with Flecha Azul Cristalino crème anglaise, paired with “Velvet Revolver,” blending Flecha Reposado, coffee liqueurs, vanilla and a crème brûlée top
