On the heels of the recent partnership announcement with Fabio Viviani Hospitality (FVH), JW Marriott Las Vegas The Resort At Summerlin and Rampart Casino at The Resort At Summerlin are looking to hire a variety of front and back-of-house positions for celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani’s new Italian concept, opening this summer.
WHAT:
More than 60 positions are available at celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani’s new Italian restaurant concept, opening this summer. Qualified candidates should apply online prior to attending the job fair. Positions will be posted until filled.
Online applications are accepted at www.theresortatsummerlin.com/careers. All prospective hires should also bring resumes as hiring managers will be interviewing and making job offers on the spot. Standard work permits are required to be qualified for certain positions. Positions include full-time and part-time positions.

ABOUT FABIO VIVIANI
Fabio Viviani is a celebrity chef, hospitality developer, restaurateur, best-selling cookbook author, and television personality. Born and raised in Florence, Italy, Fabio
moved to the United States in 2005 to pursue greater opportunities in the culinary world. His passion for hospitality and raw talent, paired with his signature charisma, quickly propelled him to nationwide fame.
