Las Vegas’ Renowned Great Vegas Festival of Beer Announces Brew and Food Menus and Official Afterparty
From festival veterans Motley Brews, the Great Vegas Festival of Beer will feature fantastic local brews alongside valley-favorite culinary options, with an afterparty to keep the party going into the night.
The premier craft beer festival in Las Vegas, Great Vegas Festival of Beer, returns to the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center for its 12th annual celebration of craft beer and culture from 2 – 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 6. The event will feature appetizing options from a variety of local vendors. Immediately after the festival, the official Great Vegas After Party presented by The Long Drink will be at Horse Trailer Hideout, from 7 – 11 p.m. Tickets to the festival are available for purchase here.
Created by Motley Brews, the festival gives fans of brews unlimited tasting opportunities of more than 300 brews from 60 different breweries, including local favorites such as Zombie hWhip: Cereal Milk from Beer Zombies; Punk Lemonade and Shotgun Wedding from Mojave Brewing Company; Viva Hop Vegas from Hop Valley; 27th Anniversary Lemon Shark from Stone Brewing; 115 Imperial Stout IPA from HUDL; The Original Long Drink; and Full Irish Breakfast from Juxta Nomad; among others. Inside the VIP Pavilion, festivalgoers will be able to sample beers not available at the rest of the festival including Coconut Kiloton from Able Baker.
In addition to the brew options, the VIP Pavilion will feature high-end fare from four outstanding chefs including Stephen Hopcraft of STK Las Vegas, serving wagyu beef sliders and blue cheese skewers; Sunsana Rodriguez of Tacotarian, serving Takis Elote, among other options; Sin City Wise Guys will serve sausage bowls and meatball bowls; and Keya Clark of Untouchable Taste will serve smoked pulled pork sliders alongside jalapeno baked mac and cheese. General admission guests will also have fantastic choices from local favorite food trucks Fast Eddie’s Burgers, Empanadas 702, Greek Delights, Utah Killer Dogs, The Glazed Nut Hut, Love Me Foods and Southern BBQ Pit.
Following the festival, partiers can head over to the Horse Trailer Hideout for the official afterparty, presented by The Long Drink. The afterparty will begin after the festival at 7 p.m. and rage on until 11 p.m. featuring the gin and citrus sodas in four delicious varieties – original, cranberry, zero sugar and strong.
