Legends Bay Casino Reveals Culinary Line-Up

Including Duke’s Steak House, Food Truck Hall, and LB Grill

Casino and Dining Venues Set to Open in Reno-Sparks, Nevada this Summer

The dining scene in Reno-Sparks, Nevada is about to get a whole lot tastier with the summer opening of Legends Bay Casino, the first new casino built in Northern Nevada from the ground up in more than 20 years. With a roster of restaurants that are sure to conquer all cravings, Legends Bay Casino will feature the Reno-Sparks debut of Duke’s Steak House – consistently voted Carson City’s best steak house, a unique assortment of street eats at the Food Truck Hall and a 24-hour dining destination LB Grill.

Featuring signature 28-day dry-aged prime US steaks and an incomparable wine cellar, Duke’s Steak House takes dining in style to a new level – dine in the intimate restaurant, at the energetic bar and lounge, or fireside in the private dining room. The exceptionally appointed restaurant features hand-glazed tile throughout an arched portal entry and an extensive selection of premium steaks and seafood, along with a wine collection that is artfully tucked into the walls.

Lovers of street eats will rejoice! Legends Bay Casino is driving dining in a new direction with the Food Truck Hall where vintage food trucks meet visionary cuisine. Get your grub on at this unique 5,000-square-foot culinary and entertainment destination featuring a variety of quick eats options from vintage restored trucks including Pizza Genius (served up in a 1940’s era farm truck), Loco Bueno (coming in hot from an iconic 1969 Chevy P30 Step Van) and Red 88 ( from a classic 1955 Ford Vanette)

From tasty Italian favorites including pizzas and subs, to Mexican standouts such as mouth-watering tacos and perfect al pastor, to Asian flare with spicy and sublime miso, shoyu and ramen, the Food Truck Hall is designed to be the new local dining and social gathering hot spot that appeals to a broad range of visitors.

With great food comes great drinks, and Craft 55 will be pouring 55 of the best local and regional craft brews and cocktail creations ensuring guests will never leave thirsty. Plus, come early and we’ll serve up signature coffee beverages every morning. Also on tap will be live entertainment and jam sessions on a classic chassis of a 1953 White Motor Company 3000 at The Bandwagon.

Craving breakfast for dinner or looking for a legendary lunch? Guests will enjoy the 24/7 dining options available at LB Grill where globally inspired dishes meet home-cooked favorites. Experience a comfortable bar and lounge or enjoy something decadent from the overflowing dessert display. If watching your favorite team makes you hungry, then get your pub grub on at the Circa SportsBook for your go-to solution without having to miss a play.

“We’re thrilled to introduce the community to both Duke’s Steakhouse and Craft 55, two of our most popular outlets at Casino Fandango plus some brand-new next level dining options,” said Court Cardinal, regional president of Olympia Gaming, the operator of Legends Bay Casino and Casino Fandango. “Our exciting mix of eateries perfectly complement the numerous other dining choices currently offered at The Outlets.”
