Marché Bacchus Celebrates Bastille Day with Lakeside French Fête and Thrilling Parachute Ceremony

Marché Bacchus French Bistro & Wine Shop invites guests to celebrate Bastille Day with an unforgettable lakeside evening of French food, music, and festive surprises on Monday, July 14 from 4PM to close. Blending the timeless traditions of France with signature Vegas flair, Marché Bacchus will transform its beautiful lakefront setting into a vibrant French fête. As part of the celebration, guests will witness a breathtaking parachuters into the lake ceremony, adding thrilling sky-high excitement to the evening. Regular dining service will be available throughout the night, and guests can enhance their experience with a $40 wristband available at the door.
French Culinary Stations By Chef Mario Garcia:
The wristband grants access to three chef-curated food stations, available while supplies last:
· La Plancha
Flame-grilled French favorites prepared fresh over an open flame.
· Paella en plein air
A lively outdoor paella station featuring saffron-infused rice with market vegetables and seafood, cooked live.
· La Pâtisserie
An elegant selection of classic French desserts beautifully crafted by Director of Pastry Chef Christophe Feyt.
Toasts, Sabering & Festive Entertainment
The celebration begins with a welcome cocktail courtesy of Moët Hennessy, followed by a champagne toast and magnum sabering led by legendary Chef Hubert Keller.
Entertainment highlights include:
- Live music by Aleksandar Damchevski | 5PM – 8PM
- DJ set by Chef Hubert Keller | starting at 8:30PM
- Parachute landing over the lake | between 7PM and 7:30PM
- Desserts served starting at 5PM
“Bastille Day at Marché Bacchus is a unique opportunity to experience the energy, flavors, and traditions of France right here in Las Vegas,” said Director of Pastry Operations, Chef Christophe. “It’s the French fête you didn’t know you needed.”
The Xtreme Aerial Media Team, led by owner Jim Dolan, brings over 37,000 jumps and 115 years of combined skydiving experience to Marché Bacchus for Bastille Day, marking their 18th year in a row performing at the event. Jim, a recently retired Clark County School District PE teacher, has been jumping for over 35 years, completing nearly 8,000 jumps as a PRO-rated Tandem Instructor and Safety & Training Advisor for the USPA. Joining him is Brad Jessey, owner of Skydive Mesquite and a Hollywood stunt coordinator with over 6,000 jumps since 1989, and Brian Moler, who started in 1990 and has completed over 20,000 skydives while working as an engineer for Bally’s. Rounding out the team is Tommy Saffery, known as the “Flying Hawaiian,” a Clark County fireman and part-time tandem instructor with nearly 2,800 jumps since 2016. Together, they uphold their reputation of being “On Time & On Target.”
Reservations are encouraged for dinner service. Wristbands are available at the door for guests wishing to partake in the food stations and special festivities.
