To celebrate the start of a new season, Trattoria Reggiano at Downtown Summerlin is now offering weekly, rotating menus featuring seasonal chef specials to celebrate the autumnal flavors of fall.
In addition to Trattoria Reggiano’s expansive menu of Italian favorites, the seasonal menus are available each Wednesday through Thursday of the following week, with a variety of limited time dishes, including:
- Insalata couscous e capesante, made with warm Sardinian couscous salad with pan-seared jumbo scallops and lemon white wine reduction ($24)
- Spaghetti di nero con aragosta, made with house-made squid ink spaghetti, lobster, shrimp, arugula and spicy tomato sauce ($48)
- Ossobuco alla milanese, made with braised veal shank, sauteed vegetables and saffron risotto ($55)
- Zabaglio, house made zabaglione served with mixed berries, strawberry sorbet and whipped cream ($14)
