Tuscany Suites & Casino has a New Restaurant Opening, Bistecca
The Italian steakhouse features a new look and updated menu and is now open
The award-winning Italian steakhouse at Tuscany Suites & Casino underwent a remodel to include a new name for the fine dining restaurant, Bistecca. The newly renovated dining room features an all-new menu showcasing high-quality prime-grade steak options, luxurious furniture, original artwork, and a more intimate and seductive vibe.
The new reimagined menu brings back some of the signature dishes from the previous menu such as a 24oz. Veal Osso Buco, Halibut, and Sunday Gravy Pappardelle. But, it will now include the addition of artisanal cuts of beef to the mix, such as Butchers Cut, Scotch Filet, and a 36oz Porterhouse. This contemporary Italian steakhouse menu will also feature a domestic Wagyu Tomahawk and Bone-In Ribeye, as well as the popular Filet Mignon, offered in 8oz and 12oz. and the New York Strip and Boneless Ribeye. All steaks are prime-grade USDA only and have a variety of add-ons that can be accompanied to enhance the overall entrée.
The original artwork in Bistecca will showcase seven pieces created by contemporary visual artist, Patrizia Didiomete. Her work complements the design and elegance of the new modern, romantic dining room.
As Las Vegas and this area continue to grow, Tuscany Suites & Casino is continuing to update and stay relevant with Las Vegas locals, leisure travelers, and business guests. Bistecca may be rented out for special events, corporate buy-outs, wedding receptions, filming productions, and more.
The restaurant is open Sunday – Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Reservations are recommended.
