to ONE Steakhouse This Summer

ONE Steakhouse at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Curio Collection by Hilton, is turning up the flavor this summer with a new bar menu. Available exclusively at the bar from 5 p.m. until close, the menu features a lineup of flavorful small plates and handcrafted cocktails curated for after-work drinks, pre-dinner bites or a casual night out.

Available exclusively at the bar or in the lounge, the bar menu features mouthwatering selections including lollipop chicken wings served with sweet chili soy and blue cheese dipping sauces, priced at $16; mini crab cakes with tartar sauce and a shaved fennel salad, priced at $18; potato gnocchi with au poivre sauce and shaved parmesan, priced at $14; lobster rolls topped with celery and dill and served on warm buttered brioche, priced at $24; Angus mini burgers with mushroom duxelle and chipotle mayo, priced at $18; salt and pepper french fries served with truffle aioli, priced at $14; a steak sandwich with cherry pepper, roasted tomato and burrata, priced at $28; mini tuna tartare tacos topped with avocado, cilantro and mango aioli, priced at $16; mushroom arancini with truffle and parmesan, priced at $14; and a short rib grilled cheese with Gruyere and piquillo pepper, priced at $19.

While enjoying the savory bites at the bar, guests can sip on one of ONE Steakhouse’s signature cocktails. Favorites include the ONE Love, a mix of Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum, Amaro Montenegro, agave nectar and fresh lime juice with a mixed berry plume, priced at $17; the Bootlegger, Macallan 12 Year Double Cask single malt Scotch, all-natural spiced-apple syrup, Australian barrel-spice bitters, Australian aromatic bitters and aromatic smoke, priced at $25; the Cloud Nine, a fun mix of Ciroc Red Berry vodka, Giffard elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice and Monin strawberry syrup, topped with Brut sparkling wine and cotton candy, priced at $18; or the Strawberry Blossom, made with Sipsmith strawberry smash, aperol aperitivo, strawberry-rhubarb and fresh lemon sour, priced at $18.
