Weekday specials include small plates, house wines, and cocktails starting at $3 at both locations
 

 Celebrating 25 years this August, Pin Kaow Thai Restaurant, a local favorite with locations on South Eastern Avenue and North Rainbow Boulevard, has launched a new weekday happy hour available from 3 to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday. The promotion features a curated selection of small plates and drink specials designed to offer guests a flavorful, affordable escape during the week.
Happy hour specials include new Thai-inspired small plates, priced from $6 to $8, available at both locations:
  • Chicken Skin Chips – Crispy deep-fried chicken skins tossed in housemade larb seasoning, a bold blend of Thai herbs, roasted rice, chili lime and shallots, served with spicy aioli ($6)
  • Potstickers – Hand-folded chicken dumplings with ginger and napa cabbage, pan-seared and served with housemade chili-vinegar soy sauce ($6)
  • Thai Chicken Wings – Thai-style fried chicken wings tossed in sweet chili sauce ($7)
  • Spicy Chicken Lettuce Wraps – A stir-fried mix of chicken, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, peas, and water chestnuts served with iceberg lettuce, ginger dressing and house special sauce ($8)
Drink specials vary slightly by location:
  • At the Eastern Avenue location (9530 S. Eastern Ave.), which features a full bar:
    • House wines ($4)
    • Bottled Bud Light and Blue Moon ($3)
    • Signature cocktails including the Mojito, Bangkok Mule and P.P. Island ($7)
  • At the Rainbow Boulevard location (1974 N. Rainbow Blvd.), which offers beer, wine and sake:
