Pinkbox Doughnuts® thanks teachers in Clark County, Nevada by delivering 250 dozen free doughnuts
To celebrate national Teacher Appreciation Week, Pinkbox Doughnuts® made surprise deliveries of free doughnuts to dozens of schools in the Clark County School District to say thank you to Southern Nevada teachers. More than 250 dozen doughnuts were delivered throughout the week to over 30 schools.
“Teachers have one of the most important jobs in our community,” said Judith Perez Siegel, executive vice president of Pinkbox Doughnuts. “Not only do they teach reading, writing, and arithmetic, but teachers inspire and motivate our children to do their best and achieve their dreams by also serving as their mentors, coaches, and role models. For all they do, Pinkbox Doughnuts wanted to say thank you to our teachers in Southern Nevada during Teacher Appreciation Week by sharing our delicious, fun treats that always spark smiles and joy.”
In addition to delivering the free doughnuts to various public schools in Clark County, Nevada, Pinkbox Doughnuts offered two limited-edition doughnuts that were available only during Teacher Appreciation Week (May 6-10):
- #1 Teacher: a red frosted raised shell filled with apple pie filling and topped with apple décor and a pretzel stick
- Learning My ABC’s: a white frosted raised bar topped with ABC décor
