Roma Kitchen Debuts New Seasonal Specials
Italian favorites with fresh summer flair now available for a limited time

Roma Kitchen, the beloved Southern Highlands destination for Italian cuisine, has introduced a new lineup of seasonal specials available now for a limited time. Inspired by the vibrant flavors of summer, the featured dishes spotlight the freshest ingredients and chef-driven creativity, all crafted with the made-to-order quality Roma Kitchen is known for.

New to the menu is the Tomahawk Veal Parmigiana, an impressive 18-ounce, bone-in veal chop – a custom cut from Chicago – breaded and served parmesan-style with pomodoro sauce and melted cheese, priced at $110 and ideal for sharing.
“You don’t see many restaurants offering a bone-in tomahawk veal chop, especially one that’s custom-cut and prepared parmigiana-style,” said Ricardo Romo, executive chef and co-owner of Roma Kitchen. “It’s a showstopper, both in flavor and presentation, and it really sets us apart in a city where standout dishes are essential. Guests are always impressed by its size, tenderness and the richness of the pomodoro and melted cheese.”

Additional seasonal menu highlights include:
- Melon & Prosciutto Salad ($18) – A refreshing starter with ripe melon, savory prosciutto, olive oil, salt and cracked black pepper.
- Chicken with Artichokes ($28) – Pan-seared chicken served in a lemon butter sauce with tender artichoke hearts and seasonal vegetables.
- Sausage & Penne Pasta ($30) – Spicy braised Italian sausage tossed with penne in a rich vodka sauce.
- Frutti di Mare Platter ($48) – A crispy seafood medley of shrimp, salmon and calamari served with spicy marinara for dipping.
To complement the summer selections, Roma Kitchen has also added a Cucumber Martini, a cool and crisp cocktail that pairs perfectly with any of the new menu items. This joins Roma Kitchen’s lineup of popular martinis, which are discounted during its happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. daily. Each cocktail also includes the remainder of the shaker for a generous quantity.
All seasonal specials will be available at both Roma Kitchen locations including Southern Highlands at 10420 S. Decatur Blvd., suite 110, and in Henderson at 1550 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy.
