Side Piece Pizza to Host Poolside Concert Pop-Up
at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa
Side Piece Pizza, located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Summerlin, will kick off summer by hosting a pop-up experience during the Russell Dickerson concert at the resort on Friday, May 17.
Starting at 8 p.m., Side Piece will feature its signature cheese slices, priced at $6, and pepperoni slices, priced at $7. Both will be available throughout the duration of the poolside country concert, which will be held at The Sandbar at Red Rock Resort. Guests can also visit Side Piece’s storefront located inside of the resort to order whole pies, garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, salads, desserts and more.
