Feel the love this Valentine’s Day at South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa as they celebrate with five different specialty menus available at their award-winning restaurants. Reservations are not required but recommended and can be made online at southpointcasino.com/dining.

Baja Miguel’s will serve a three-course meal February 14—16 starting at 4 p.m. for $24.95 per person, including:

  • First course: Tequila & Lime Grilled Shrimp Street Tacos, corn tortillas with shredded cabbage and drizzled with avocado cream or Quesadilla Miguel, shredded chicken flavored with cilantro and Monterey jack cheese, grilled in a flour tortilla with sour cream and Pico de Gallo or Baja’s Salad Bowl, baby greens with teardrop tomatoes, black olives, diced jicama and salsa cream dressing
  • Second course: Charbroiled Pacific Swordfish with papaya and tomato salsa on Poblano cream, served with Elote and cilantro rice or De Los Campos, twin 3 oz. filet of beef sauteed with mushrooms, finished in cognac cream sauce. Both options are served cilantro rice, sautéed zucchini and squash
  • Third course: Red Velvet Heart Cake with fresh strawberry and strawberry coulis or Passion Fruit Mousse with tequila infused mangos and papayas. Both options include tea or coffee.
  • Guests who are 21+ can enjoy a margarita or glass of wine with each meal.
  • The regular menu will also be available.

 

Coronado Café will serve a three-course meal on February 14 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $17.95 per person, including:

  • First course: Cream of Asparagus Soup or Valentine’s Salad Bowl, spring lettuce, teardrop tomatoes, mandarin oranges, toasted pecans, apple cider dressing
  • Second course: Crab stuffed Fillet of Salmon, with chive and lime cream or Grilled Chicken Breast Coronado, with grilled bacon, mushroom caps and bearnaise sauce. Both options are served with seasonal vegetables and whipped potatoes
  • Third course: Fresh Fruit Salad with raspberry sorbet or Red Velvet Heart Cake with strawberries and whipped cream. Includes tea or coffee.
  • Each meal will include a glass of wine or cocktail per person for guests 21+.
  • The regular menu and Chinese menu will also be available.

Don Vito’s will serve a three-course meal February 13—16 starting at 5 p.m. for $45 per person, including:

  • First course: “La Dolce Vita” for two to share, artichoke hearts francaise, tomato and basil bruschetta with golden calamari and marinara dipping sauce or Braised Veal Cannelloni, braised with chianti, folded in pasta sheets and glazed with alfredo cream or The Don’s Salad Bowl of Love, frisee and red leaf lettuce, grape tomatoes with artichoke hearts, green olives and toasted pecans tossed in golden balsamic vinaigrette, crisp parmesan crostini or Mediterranean Seafood Pepper Pot, shrimp, scallop and calamari in a spice cioppino broth with leeks and diced peppers
  • Second course: Veal Saltimbocca, veal scaloppini with sage, fontina cheese and prosciutto, deglaze with marsala wine or 6 oz. Filet Mignon, broiled, topped with mushroom and tomato compote with Barolo sauce or Chicken Scaloppini Milanese with tossed arugula salad, lemon butter sauce with capers. All choices are served with farfalle pomodoro or risotto and seasonal vegetables. Each item is served with Farfalle Pomodoro or risotto and seasonal vegetables. Or Seafood Asti, shrimp and crabmeat folded in champagne cream over spinach tagliatelle.
  • Third course: Raspberry Decadence, Nutella brownie with raspberry and white chocolate mousse with fresh raspberries and Chambord sauce or Oven Fresh Apple Torts, served with limoncello gelato or Vito’s Budino, chocolate and butterscotch Italian custards with almond cookies. Includes tea or coffee.
  • Guests 21+ can choose between Carmel Road Winery Cabernet Sauvignon or Carmel Road Winery Chardonnay Monterey (2021), the wines of the month for every two people.
  • The regular menu will also be available.

Primarily Prime Rib will serve a three-course meal February 14—16 starting at 4 p.m. for $39 per person, including:

  • First course: Crab and Avocado Toast, grilled rustic bread with burrata cheese, sliced avocado, crab meat and watercress cream drizzle or Cream of Asparagus Soup, with crème fraiche or Salad of Love, seasonal lettuce with teardrop tomatoes, cucumber, mandarin oranges, chives and champagne vinaigrette
  • Second course: Roast Prime Rib of Beef, 10 oz. slowly roasted for full flavor or Grilled Pacific Sword Fish, lightly seasoned with Cajun spices and served with cherry tomatoes and a lemon Beurre Blanc or Chicken Saltimbocca, chicken breast with fontina cheese with fresh basil folded in prosciutto with marsala demi or Surf & Turf Platter for Two, 2 medallions of beef with merlot reduction and sauteed lemon buttered shrimp on wilted spinach. Both options are served with baked, chateau or whipped Yukon gold potatoes and broccolini.
  • Third course: Red Velvet Cheesecake Bites, red velvet cheesecake, Kahlua whipped cream and chocolate shavings or Chocolate Tulip Cup with White Chocolate Mousse with fresh raspberries or S’mores to Share, mason jar with layers of chocolate mousse, marshmallow cream and graham cookies with two white chocolate dipped strawberries. Includes tea or coffee.
  • Guests 21+ can choose between Carmel Road Winery Cabernet Sauvignon or Carmel Road Winery Chardonnay Monterey (2021), the wines of the month for every two people.

Silverado Steakhouse will serve a four-course meal February 13—16 starting at 5 p.m. for $64 per person, including:

  • First course: Roasted Baby Portabella Mushrooms, filled with Boursin cheese, prosciutto and spinach drizzled with chardonnay butter sauce or Half Dozen Louisiana Oysters, three on the half shell and three Rockefeller style or Beef Tenderloin Satay and a cup of Lobster Bisque
  • Second course: Salad of Love, frisee and bibb lettuce, toasted walnuts, sundried cherries tossed in champagne vinaigrette with toasted parmesan crostini or Cream of Asparagus Soup with crème fraiche
  • Third course: Twin Bacon Wrapped Medallions of Beef, topped with Maytag blue cheese on Chambord demi or Seared White Sea Bass, pan seared and topped with rock shrimp, tomato and basil pesto with a red pepper cream or Lovers Surf ‘n Turf (for two to share), grilled and sliced New York steak topped with chimichurri cause and four grilled shrimp with citrus butter, wilted spinach and mushrooms or Veal Francaise with Scampi Provencal, veal scaloppini with lemon beurre Blanc and scampi sauteed with basil and fresh tomatoes. Both options are served with seasonal vegetables and Parisian potatoes
  • Fourth course: Key Lime Cheesecake with seasonal berries or Peach Melba, half peach over vanilla bean ice cream with melba sauce, whipped cream and toasted almonds or Strawberry Lovers Fantasy for Two, a chocolate cup with strawberry gelato, marinated strawberries, strawberry cream and white chocolate dipped strawberries. Includes tea or coffee.
