A So Cal favorite for healthy smoothies and pressed juices, SunLife Organics officially debuted on the Las Vegas Strip earlier today with its Monday, Aug. 4 opening at Proper Eats Food Hall inside ARIA Resort & Casino.

Founded in Malibu, California, in 2011, SunLife’s offerings are curated with fresh, organic ingredients that reflect Rafati’s path to recovery and healing. The menu, linked here, features juices, energy shots, matcha, shakes and bowls made with high-quality superfoods to heal the mind and body.
SunLife’s Signature Superfood Shakes are made with nutritious ingredients, offering a healthier alternative to satisfy a sweet craving. Popular selections include:
● Shroom Shake: Made with a banana base and raw chocolate plant protein, the star of this smoothie is Life Cykel’s mushroom blend, known for its antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Blended with peanut butter, Dawn Patrol coffee elixir, date syrup, MCT powder, Himalayan pink salt, cinnamon and oat milk, the Shroom Shake is priced at $19.
● Million Dollar Smoothie: Built on a banana base with raw cashew butter, the Million Dollar Smoothie features collagen to support overall health, especially for skin, hair and gut wellness. Blended with raw cacao nibs, olive oil, chia seeds, raw local honey and almond milk, the smoothie is priced at $22.
● The Yogi: Fresh mango, ceremonial matcha green tea, hydration and beauty powder, blue spirulina, lemon juice and pineapple juice come together for a tropical kick, priced at $17.
SunLife’s signature açaí bowls are packed with protein and superfoods to satisfy hunger while supporting gut health and overall well-being. They include:
● Vegas Bowl: Honoring SunLife’s newest location, the Vegas Bowl bowl includes hemp granola, strawberries, blueberries, goji berries, cashew butter, bee pollen and a sprinkling of coconut shreds. Priced at $21, this signature specialty is only available at Proper Eats.
