Live Nation’s premier family of country music festivals shot out of the gate only five short years ago when Watershed was born at The Gorge, WA. With a history of selling out in minutes and a reputation for hosting the genre’s biggest superstar acts, the establishment of three additional three-day, two-stage destination festivals shortly followed including Faster Horses in Brooklyn, MI, Route 91 Harvest in Las Vegas, NV and Country LakeShake in Chicago, IL. All unique in their approach, but with the common theme of fan-enjoyment at the forefront of priorities, the sister festivals have each built a reputation through the artist community as a must-play festival of the touring year. Nove Italiano sits atop the Palms Casino Resort’s Fantasy Tower and combines inspired design, superb Italian cuisine and unsurpassed energy—not to mention some of the city’s most spectacular views. Named #1 Italian Restaurant in Las Vegas by Orbitz in 2009, Nove Italiano transforms perceptions of Italian dining just as N9NE Steakhouse, situated in the original Palms tower, revolutionized the American steakhouse. Created by Executive Chef Geno Bernardo, the menu offers a wide range of crudo (which means “raw” in Italian, often ceviche or sashimi), thin-crust pizzas, variety of steaks and a large selection of wine and premium cocktails. Seasonal dishes added to the menu this spring include “farm to fork” Nove mixed green salad, spring brodo (which means “broth” in Italian) and osso bucco. Nove Italiano offers the Pomegranita, a cool and sweet libation that combines Ketel One Oranje, POM, Pama Liqueur and simple syrup. Every Tuesday is local ladies’ night, where local females receive 50% off their entire food bill, as well as cocktails and wine by the glass. Every Thursday, Nove offers happy hour, where guests can enjoy $7 specialty dishes and cocktails in the lounge from 6 – 8 p.m. In addition, Chef Geno hosts an exclusive cooking class every other month, giving food enthusiasts an up-close-and-personal look at dishing up classic Italian fare. The restaurant is a unique blend of classical and modern elements, an intriguing combination that permeates both the dining room and the kitchen. Adjacent to the lounge is the main dining room, illuminated by dramatic LED Swarovski crystal chandeliers hanging from a multi-vaulted ceiling covered in high-gloss brass-and-steel mosaic. Nove Italiano is open Sunday through Thursday from 6 – 10:30 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 6 – 11 p.m. For additional information, please visit or call 702.942.6800.
