THE STOVE LAUNCHES TEMPORARY POP-UP MARKET TO AID THOSE IN NEED SURROUNDING TIMES OF UNCERTAINTY

The Stove located in Henderson is launching a temporary pop-up market as an effort to aid their guests in need. With the high demand for essentials such as eggs, milk, and toilet paper, and scarce conditions at local supermarkets, The Stove felt the need to fill a void in their neighborhood.

“We do not wish to see our guests and the elderly community go without due to these times of uncertainty,” said Executive Chef and Part Owner Antonio Nunez. “The current scenes at local grocery stores may be too stressful for seniors to endure, and buying in bulk may not be feasible for individuals, so we wanted to offer an alternative.”

The Stove plans to sell their overstock of items through depletion, but they do warn guests that there is a limit on items to avoid hoarding. The household items that will be sold include:

  • Local farm fresh milk ($5.50/gallon)

Country music superstar Chase Rice to perform at Sunset Amphitheater

Country music superstar Chase Rice to perform at Sunset Amphitheater

Friday, May 29, 2020. Doors open at 6 p.m.

Tickets on sale – Friday, March 13, 2020 at 10 a.m.

Country music superstar Chase Rice is returning to Las Vegas for a performance at the Sunset Amphitheater at Sunset Station on Friday, May 29, 2020, alongside special guest Cassadee Pope. Tickets start at $27.50 plus applicable fees and go on sale Friday, March 13, 2020 at 10 a.m.

With over 1.6 million albums sold and more than 1.1 billion total streams, plus a legion of passionate fans at his high-energy concerts across the globe, Chase Rice has established himself as a powerful force in Nashville and beyond – but he genuinely sees new release The Album Part I as the launching pad for music that says what he wants to say, how he wants to say it. With songs such as lead single “Lonely If You Are” featuring sleek rhymes over heartland six strings and keys mixed with EDM-laced drama, The Album Part I is the same gravely-voiced Chase Rice fans first fell in love with years ago – but better. Freer. Unbeholden and uninhibited, somehow capable of evoking Chris LeDoux and The Chronic, campfire singalongs and stadium anthems, all at once. The project follows his sophomore album, Lambs & Lions, released with Broken Bow Records in 2017 and featuring two-week chart-topper “Eyes On You” – Rice’s first No. 1 as an artist and the most-streamed song of his career with nearly 350 million streams and counting. Lambs & Lions followed Ignite the Night, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums and No. 3 on the all-genre chart, producing a pair of Top 5 hits; “Ready Set Roll” and “Gonna Wanna Tonight.” After supporting Kenny Chesney’s The Big Revival stadium tour, Rice has consistently sold out 2,500-3,000 seat venues on his own headlining tours, plus served as direct support on the Luke Bryan Farm Tour 2018. His current headlining The Pint of Anything Tour takes Rice across Europe before he hits the road with Brantley Gilbert in 2020.

Cassadee Pope is a Grammy-nominated, Platinum-certified singer-songwriter who has recently released her highly-anticipated second solo album STAGES, featuring hit singles “Take You Home,” “One More Red Light,” and “If My Heart Had A Heart.” From fronting rock band Hey Monday to winning season 3 of The Voice and releasing her #1 debut album Frame By Frame, Cassadee has effortlessly re-arranged the lines of country and pop. She has experienced tremendous success throughout her career, with her Platinum-selling single “Wasting All These Tears” being named “Breakthrough Video of the Year” at the 2014 CMT Music Awards and her #1 hit “Think of You” with Chris Young receiving a 2017 Grammy nomination for “Best Country Duo/Group.” Cassadee has toured extensively, joining legendary artists Tim McGraw and Dierks Bentley, playing London’s iconic O2 Arena during C2C: Country to Country Festival, and earning the distinction of the only country artist to perform at 2018’s Warped Tour.

Tickets for the Chase Rice and special guest Cassadee Pope are $27.50, $32.50, $37.50, $47.50 and $57.50, $58.50 and $71.50 plus applicable fees. All tickets go on sale Friday, March 13, 2020 at 10 a.m. Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older. Tickets can be purchased at any Station Casinos Reward Center and The Fiestas, by logging onto www.stationcasinoslive.com or through Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or www.ticketmaster.com.

Artist Info: Billy Idol was an early architect of the sound, style and fury of punk rock. His lip- curling sneer and fist-pumping persona vaulted him into the mainstream as one of MTV’s first megastars, making him one of the most recognizable faces in pop music, while selling out arenas everywhere he played. He has sold 40 million albums while scoring numerous platinum albums worldwide, nine top 40 singles in the U.S. and 10 in the U.K. including “Dancing With Myself,” “White Wedding,” “Rebel Yell,” “Mony Mony,” “Eyes Without A Face,” “Flesh For Fantasy” and “Cradle Of Love.”

Idol was responsible for some of punk rock’s most memorable, literate and evocative moments, and created a pioneering new sound by bringing the spirit of ’77 to the dance floor, going on to fashion an immediately identifiable musical blueprint that integrates club-land throb, rockabilly desperation and rock ’n’ roll decadence.

More than 30 years after his groundbreaking Vital Idol compilation cemented the vibrancy of the dance-rock remix genre in the second half of the 1980s, Idol’s Revitalized collection, Vital Idol: Revitalized, features 11 brand-new remixes of Idol’s most classic and enduring hits. Lending their hands to the Revitalized proceedings are electronic dance luminaries Moby, The Crystal Method and Paul Oakenfold as well as current innovators including RAC, Tropkillaz, Shiba San, Juan Maclean and CRAY.

Idol also hosts an exclusive SiriusXM show, Billy Idol’s Live Transmission, that can be heard on SiriusXM’s 1st Wave, channel 33.For all Billy Idol information, visit BillyIdol.net.

About Sam Hunt

Multi-Platinum-selling, award-winning hitmaker Sam Hunt’s eagerly awaited album Southside comes out April 3 on MCA Nashville. The new album features 12 songs all written by Hunt including “Kinfolks”- already a No. 1 hit at country radio. “Kinfolks” follows Hunt’s GRAMMY-nominated, Triple-Platinum-selling debut album, Montevallo, which topped the Billboard Country Albums chart; and his three-week No. 1, 6x Platinum-selling, GRAMMY-nominated smash, “Body Like A Back Road.”

Montevallo produced four No. 1 singles and five Platinum and Multi-Platinum-selling hits including “Leave the Night On,” “House Party,” “Take Your Time,” “Break Up In A Small Town” and “Make You Miss Me.” Then, Hunt’s “Body Like A Back Road” release shot to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart where it remained for an unprecedented 34 consecutive weeks, shattering the record for most weeks atop the 60-year-old chart. “Body Like A Back Road” was also the No. 3 most-downloaded all genre song of 2017.

Called “stylistically provocative” by The New York Times and “deceptively phenomenal” by The Washington Post, Hunt has received accolades from Associated Press, Billboard, Los Angeles Times, NPR, Rolling Stone, SPIN Magazine, Village Voice, The New York Times, The Washington Post and more. Since the Montevallo’s 2014 release, Hunt has accumulated over 7.5 billion global streams and has earned 22 million RIAA certified units.

Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas cracked the top 20 in Pollstar’s Top 200 Club Venues for Worldwide Ticket Sales in 2015 and 2017; has been voted Reader’s Choice “Best Music Venue” the last four years in a row for Las Vegas Weekly’s annual “Best of Vegas” awards; and was honored with the distinction of “Best Music Booking” by Vegas Seven magazine. In addition to being Vegas’ go-to live music destination, Brooklyn Bowl hosts highly customizable private events of all sizes. From small birthday parties to transformative corporate buyouts, Brooklyn Bowl helps each client plan an unforgettable night.
