THE COMPOSERS ROOM ANNOUNCES AUGUST ENTERTAINMENT
New Venue Brings Vintage Vegas Entertainment to Historic Commercial Center
WHAT:
The Composers Room Showlounge & Restaurant, poised as the premier destination for vintage Vegas entertainment in the Historic Commercial Center, presents its August live entertainment schedule. The venue melds a tasty menu with sophisticated cocktails, set against a backdrop of musical shows and other performances that echo the grandeur and style of Vegas’ golden era.
On Fridays in August, guests are invited to attend free live tapings of the “Vegas Non-Stop” podcast with Jonathan Scott along with music, surprise performances and laugh-out-loud moments. Each week, Scott welcomes special guests from the world of music, comedy, nightlife and beyond – diving into stories that could only happen in Vegas.
New acts performing at The Composers Room next month include Nelia Ross with her powerful vocal renditions of cinematic masterpieces, Danny Walten with his high-energy tribute to the greatest hits of iconic British artists and Jeffrey Peterson – known for his hilariously unpredictable celebrity impressions. In addition, Marshall Thompson of The Chi-Lites will celebrate his birthday with an evening of unforgettable soul, timeless harmony and smooth grooves.
All month long, rock and roll fans are invited to jam out to the unapologetic and free-spirited genre at Rock and Roll Church. Back by popular demand, this sanctuary of sound features a rotating roster of real rock stars – including the likes of Danny Koker, Andrew Freeman, Mitch Perry, Rowan Robertson, Jesse Charland and more.
Now through the end of summer, The Composers Room presents wall-to-wall music on Wednesdays from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. The entertainment destination will have nonstop programming featuring a captivating lineup of rotating performers.
