Following an epic, sold-out thee-night run at the resort earlier this year, the GRAMMY® nominated group The Killers is back at The Chelsea to ring in 2023 in epic proportions. The Las Vegas natives will take the stage to perform new chart-topping hits alongside international sensations like “When We Were Young” and “Mr. Brightside” before counting down to midnight with an epic ball-drop moment.

Rock New Year’s weekend at The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails with “Prohibition Nights” sponsored by Casamigos. Enjoy live entertainment from The Regulators (Thursday, Dec. 29), The 442’s (Friday, Dec. 30), Speed (Saturday, Dec. 31) and The Wild Wolves (Sunday, Jan. 1). Welcome the New Year with a bang at the Fireworks Viewing Party at The Cosmopolitan’s rooftop Ice Rink. Get a taste of New York this New Year’s Eve at Blue Ribbon inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Available at $225 per person, the specialty prix-fixe menu features a shareable Chilled Seafood Platter for the table, with a first course choice of Lobster Bisque with crème fraiche & chives, Steak Tartare with capers, cornichon and waffle chips, Mixed Green Salad with candied pecans, beets, goat cheese and orange vinaigrette, The Wedge Salad with smoked bacon, tomato, chives, and blue cheese dressing or Pork Belly with butternut squash, Napa slaw and balsamic glaze. Main course options include a choice of “Blue Ribbon Style” Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy and collard greens salad, Colorado Lamb Chop with broccolini, mashed potatoes and thyme, Pan Seared Branzino made with farro, arugula salad, almond and shallot vinaigrette, Baked Maine Lobster with garlic herb butter and breadcrumb or Filet of Beef with truffle mashed potatoes and house steak sauce. Celebrate in style this New Year’s Eve at Beauty & Essex. Guests are invited to enjoy a specialty prix-fixe menu by co-founder and executive chef, Chris Santos. During the final seating, guests will celebrate the New Year with a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. Cocktail attire is required. Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made online. Beauty & Essex guests interested in continuing the New Year’s celebrations will receive complimentary entry into Marquee Nightclub after midnight with a valid Beauty & Essex receipt confirming purchase of an entrée at dinner.

For a flavorful end to the year, stop by Jaleo for its specialty “Endless Feast” New Year’s menu. For $145 per person, the specially curated menu features signature tapas such as Carne asada con piquillo made with grilled steak and piquillo pepper confit or the Gambas al ajillo, the famous tapa of shrimp sauteed with garlic. Keep spirits high and add on the Endless Beverage Package – for only an additional $35 per person, sip on Castillo Perelada Brut Reserva NV, Sangría de vino tinto, and Estrella Damm Lager throughout the celebratory evening.

Scarpetta’s prix-fixe New Year’s Eve menu includes an amuse of Chilled Dungeness Crab Salad with citrus emulsion, caviar, chive olive oil; Tuna Tartare with avocado, pear, chives, capers, agromato, saffron crema, basil & chili olive oil; White Truffle Risotto with truffle butter, parmigiano and fresh white truffles; a choice of Pesce made with pan roasted branzino, scallops, prawns “oreganata,” melted leeks and lemon velutatta or Carne featuring grilled filet tenderloin, lobster, celery root puree, chervil & tarragon béarnaise and balsamic.

Countdown to 2023 with STK in the Vibe Lounge. “Not your daddy’s steakhouse” gives the ultimate dining experience combining a traditional steakhouse with a vibe-dining lounge providing an atmosphere like no other. Indulge in the three-course tasting menu featuring STK’s greatest hits including Lobster Caviar Roll paired with champagne, your choice of a Caesar Salad, Tuna Tartare, Short Rib Ravioli or Beet and Burrata; a main course choice of 10 oz. filet, 14 oz. Australian wagyu New York strip, 16 oz. dry-aged Delmonico, Roasted Black Bass, or Truffle Risotto. The evening will feature live DJ sets, a midnight champagne toast and more holiday festivities throughout the dining experience.

Blast off into 2023 with the Spiegelworld experience at Superfrico this New Year’s Eve. For $325 per person guests will receive a four-course prix-fixe dinner paired with a celebratory Ketel One Vodka cocktail, as well as a ticket to indulge in the Starship OPM show. The two seatings to the gravity-defying show are for 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and there is a special rate of $299 a person for groups of ten or more.
