THE MIRAGE TAKES BUFFET TO HIGH-ROLLER HEIGHTS WITH CHEF’S TABLE AT CRAVINGS

The Mirage Takes Buffet To High-Roller Heights With Chef’s Table At Cravings

New VIP Experience Elevates the Buffet with Tableside Service and Specialty Menus

The Mirage brings VIP treatment to the Las Vegas buffet with the introduction of its Chef’s Table experience inside Cravings. The Chef’s Table offers guests the unique opportunity to enjoy the specialized service and cuisine of a fine dining restaurant without sacrificing the variety and indulgence of a buffet.

The personalized experience includes a dedicated team that delivers spectacular tableside presentations and culinary creations exclusive to the Chef’s Table throughout the evening. Once seated, the group’s epicurean adventure begins as chefs describe a multicourse specialty menu. Each dish is expertly prepared before guests’ eyes – from hand-cutting fresh salads and carving opulent cuts of premium meats Rodizio-style to artfully drizzling chocolate over fresh berries. Alternative offerings are available to guests with dietary restrictions. Additionally, guests can select items from the buffet’s 11 international stations at their leisure while enjoying unlimited soft drinks, beer and wine.

“Our goal with Chef’s Table is to create one-of-a-kind culinary moments that engage all the senses for a truly memorable dining experience,” said Edmund Wong, Vice President of Food and Beverage at The Mirage. “Best of all, Chef’s Table guests can enjoy both the specialized menu and all of the buffet offerings, so it is a food lover’s dream come true.”

The Chef’s Table experience at Cravings is available seven nights a week from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Price is $49.99* Monday-Thursday and $52.99* Friday-Sunday.
