Long weekends call for bold flavors, cool cocktails and thrilling rewards, and The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower will serve it all throughout Labor Day weekend. Guests can indulge in dining specials, festive drinks and an exciting gaming promotion designed to end summer on a high note, exclusively from Friday, Aug. 29 through Monday, Sept. 1.
Top of the World Steakhouse will serve an elevated three-course experience beginning with creamy roasted tomato and crab bisque, priced at $22; followed by braised boneless short rib with roasted garlic and smoked cheddar potato purée, pickled wild mushrooms and fried garlic, priced at $68, For dessert, guest can enjoy a mini apple galette served with vanilla bean ice cream, priced at $16. Guests may toast to the holiday with the Glitz & Glamour cocktail, crafted with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Licor 43, Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur, lemon and granadilla, paired with a champagne sidecar, priced at $23.
At McCall’s Grill, diners can indulge in a 22-ounce porterhouse steak and grilled shrimp, accompanied by mashed potatoes and sautéed asparagus, followed by a triple chocolate brownie topped with whiskey chocolate sauce and vanilla bean ice cream, priced at $59. The meal can be paired with a glass of The Calling Cabernet Sauvignon from Alexander Valley, offering rich notes of black cherry, blackcurrant, dark chocolate and toasted spice, priced at $19.
Swim & Social guests may unwind with a refreshing seafood tower featuring shrimp, octopus, white fish ceviche, red onion, cucumber, lime, avocado and spicy sauce, priced at $28. Specialty cocktails will include the Don Julio 1942 Margarita, made with Don Julio 1942 Extra Añejo Tequila, Cointreau Orange Liqueur, lime and sea salt, priced at $19.42. Beer lovers can enjoy buckets of Pacifico Clara, Corona Extra and Modelo Especial, priced at $30.
PT’s Wings & Sports and View Lounge will offer classic summer flavors and fare, including watermelon salad with feta, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion and basil vinaigrette, priced at $18; a seafood boil featuring shrimp, mussels, red potatoes, smoked sausage, corn on the cob and Cajun spices, priced at $22; and pints of Firestone Walker 805 blonde ale, priced at $8.
At STRAT Café, the all-American weekend will continue with a foot-long all-beef chili dog topped with house-made chili and shredded Monterey Jack cheese, served with crispy fries, priced at $15.
On the casino floor, guests can win big with the Labor of Love Pick-a-Prize Kiosk Game. True Rewards members who earn 500 base points will receive an entry for the game at the True Rewards kiosk.
