WHAT: Every Saturday through the end of 2012, Barley’s Casino & Brewing Company will offer a theme buffet dinner at an extraordinary value. For all dinners, beers brewed by Barley’s Brew Master, Jeffrey “Bubba” Amas, will be used in preparation of select food items, and Amas will provide beer pairing suggestions for guests aged 21+.
October’s is barbecue themed with food offerings including:
- Barbecue chicken with a suggested pairing of Hefeweizen
- Pulled pork with a suggested pairing of Red Rock, which was used in the marinade
- Ribs with a suggested pairing of Black Mountain, which was also used in the marinade
- A variety of sides including mac and cheese, baked beans and coleslaw, and apple cobbler
All-you-can-eat food costs only $10.99 per person and Barley’s Beer is only $1 per draft or $5 for all-you-can-drink responsibly. Prices apply to members of the Station Casinos Boarding Pass rewards program. The dinner is $12.99 per person for non-Boarding Pass holders. The Barley’s chef is in the process of creating theme menus for November and December, but prices and times will remain the same.
