Todo Bien Celebrates Christmas in July with Tropical Tiki Pop-Up

Todo Bien has officially kicked off its “Christmas in July” tropical pop-up, running now through July 31. The festive takeover transports guests to a tiki island paradise with twinkling lights, over-the-top decor and tropical vibes from wall to wall.
In partnership with Heaven Hill, Todo Bien has debuted a completely new, limited-time themed-cocktail menu built for warm-weather revelry with a nod to nostalgic holiday indulgence. The lineup includes festive island-inspired cocktails, ice-cold frozen drinks and fun holiday shooters designed to keep customers merry during one of Las Vegas’ hottest months. Some Christmas in July cocktail highlights include:
- Holiday to Saturn ($17) made with brown butter washed Blue Coat gin, passionfruit, macadamia nut orgeat and fresh lemon juice
- Apple Pie Rye Tai ($18) made with Elijah Craig rye, Evan Williams apple, Harlequin orange liqueur, macadamia nut orgeat and fresh lime juice
- Christmas in the Tropics ($17) made with Lunaazul blanco tequila, Vago mezcal, orange liqueur, allspice, coconut and fresh lime juice
- La Tierra del Sol ($18) made with Baby Jane bourbon, Falenum, allspice, grapefruit and Fever Tree club soda
- Santa’s Slay ($17) made with Elijah Craig bourbon, Zirbenz pine liqueur, pandan liqueur, fresh lemon juice and Fever Tree tonic
Frozen cocktails are available for $16 each and include the Frozen Mexican hot chocolate made with house-infused vanilla Deep Eddy vodka, Abuelita’s chocolate and almond milk, and the Frozen Coquito made with Admiral Nelson’s coconut rum, coconut, almond milk and baking spices. Guests can also get a combined mixture of the two frozen cocktails, also for $16. For guests looking for smaller portioned sips, Todo Bien will offer three cookie-inspired shooters for $10 each, which include:
- Sugar cookie made with vanilla vodka, Carolan’s Irish Creme and almond milk
- Snickerdoodle made with Lunazul blanco, almond milk, cinnamon and Cinnerator
- Gingerbread made with vodka, Carolan’s Irish Creme and gingerbread
The full venue embraces the “Tropical Christmas” theme with immersive design touches like decorated Christmas palm trees, island inflatables, garlands, surf boards, string lights and more, with tropical music playing throughout the bar.
