Mijo Modern Mexican, Clique Hospitality’s vibrant Mexican dining destination at Durango Casino & Resort, will fire up the grill this National Fajita Day with two mouthwatering specials available exclusively from 4 to 10 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 18.
Guests can indulge in the All House Fajita Board, a trio of Mijo’s signature fajitas featuring carne asada, marinated chicken and blackened shrimp, priced at $19. For those craving something decadent, the Tierra y Mar Special will feature filet mignon and lobster tail, topped with salsa macha butter and cilantro chimichurri, served with traditional fajita accompaniments, priced at $48.
Beyond the culinary delights, Mijo’s signature cocktails and margaritas provide a refreshing complement to the meal. Guests may choose from flavorful creations, such as the prickly pear margarita, made with Codigo Blanco, prickly pear, and orange bitters, priced at $17; or the Mora Fumar, made with producer mezcal, blackberry, lime, and cane sugar, priced at $18.
Mijo Modern Mexican Restaurant is open from 4 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 4 to 11 p.m. on Friday; and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4 to 10 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
