UnCommons Unveils The Assembly,
A Next-Gen Conference and Event Pavilion
Created for Collaboration and Inspiration

UnCommons, now open in Southwest Las Vegas at the 215 Beltway and Durango Dr., will unveil The Assembly, the centerpiece of the new 40-acre stylized urban campus, in late summer. Developed by the innovative team behind Matter Real Estate Group with thoughtful design by the incomparable talents at Gensler, the next-gen conference and event pavilion will provide a modern meeting space for what is becoming the city’s new central business district.

In addition to its striking design and customizable spaces, The Assembly will pull catering from UnCommons’ hotbed of culinary talent, including The Sundry, which is comprised of 10 highly sought-after food and cocktail concepts under one roof.

“The Assembly brings the life of a bustling community together with the stunning backdrop that is UnCommons’ incredible design and picturesque outdoor spaces,” said Heather Vincent, community events lead at UnCommons. “Plus, the food and cocktail offerings are exceptional, and the technology is next level. UnCommons is poised to become the top destination for events off the Strip in Las Vegas.”

Spanning 5,000 square feet, The Assembly will provide flexibility in the size and shape for all types of indoor and outdoor events for anywhere from 10 to 270 people. In addition to two main indoor event spaces, The Assembly will offer an outdoor space and a communal courtyard, plus an exclusive catering and welcome center. Interiors can be transformed to suit various layouts, whether it be a boardroom or classroom arrangement, or a dynamic social atmosphere tailored to visitors’ unique requirements. Spaces will be available to UnCommons’ commercial tenants and residents, in addition to external groups and organizations.

Amenities at The Assembly will include high-speed internet, built-in TV monitors, functional conference set-ups and on-site restrooms. In addition to catering services from The Sundry, The Assembly will also offer menus from UnCommons’ other world-class restaurants, including AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, Mercadito and Urth Caffé, all conveniently located just steps away.

The Assembly offers a two-hour minimum rate starting at $250 per hour, with all-day meeting room rates starting at $1,920 and full event space rates starting at $4,500. Tours of The Assembly will be offered to the public starting in August. To schedule a tour, contact UnCommons at https://uncommons.tripleseat.com/party_request/29598.
