Renewals and new season ticket sales are now available for the Lady Rebels, an expected challenger for the 2021-22 MW title

LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV Lady Rebel fans now have the opportunity to renew their UNLV women’s basketball season tickets and purchase new tickets for the 2021-22 season starting today.
The Lady Rebels are expected to be one of the top challengers for the Mountain West title this upcoming season, after bringing back four starters from last year’s squad that won a league-high 13 conference games and placed second overall in the standings.
Among the key returnees is the MW Freshman of the Year, Las Vegas’ own Desi-Rae Young. She is joined by all-conference guard Nia Johnson while forward Delaynie Byrne is one of the top returning rebounders in the league.
There are several new faces that are set to join the Lady Rebel squad in the fall that are expected to make an immediate impact as second-year head coach Lindy La Rocque, the 2020-21 MW Coach of the Year, brings in the top-rated recruiting class in the conference. She added to that class this spring with a pair of key transfers, former MW honorable mention guard and Las Vegas native Essence Booker along with the Horizon League Freshman of the Year Nneka Obiazor.
“We are very excited about the upcoming season and even more excited for the opportunity to finally play in front of our outstanding Lady Rebel fans,” said La Rocque. “ We had an amazing season last year and we can’t wait for Las Vegas to see our UNLV team in 2021-22. We have a great group of returning players including all-conference players, the conference Freshman of the Year, along with a top recruiting class. We are bringing in several exciting new transfers as well including another Las Vegas native, and we are looking forward to a very bright future for Lady Rebels basketball.”
Season tickets for the 2021-22 campaign start at just $75 ($50 for seniors, staff and alumni), while VIP Courtside season tickets are available at $400. Fans can purchase at UNLVTickets.com.
