Marché Bacchus celebrated Bastille Day in signature style this past Monday, July 14—treating guests to a one-of-a-kind lakeside French fête that combined culinary excellence, live entertainment, and a high-flying skydiving spectacle.
The annual celebration featured a thrilling parachute landing into Lake Jacqueline by the Xtreme Aerial Media Team, marking their 18th consecutive Bastille Day jump at the bistro.
Inside the venue, guests indulged in gourmet tasting stations curated by Chef Mario Garcia, including: La Plancha: Flame-grilled French classic, Live Paella: Cooked en plein anf Elegant French desserts by Chef Christophe Feyt.
To toast the holiday, Chef Hubert Keller led a magnum sabering ceremony and later returned as DJ for a lively sunset set. The evening also featured live music by guitarist Aleksandar Damchevski and a welcome cocktail presented by Moët Hennessy.
