WHAT:
Join GRAMMY Recording Artist and concert LED rock violinist, Michelle Jones, for a night of her unique violin performance for an electrifying cause at “Sips, Signs & Strings.” Sip libations and enjoy hors d’oeuvres provided by the evening’s sponsors, Cut and Taste and Events with a Twist, amidst rarely seen historic signs at the Neon Museum’s new indoor studio and exhibition space, Ne10.
WHO:
Jones will perform the music of many Las Vegas legends, as well as that of classic and modern rock and pop artists on her signature lighted LED violin with LaserBow. She performs regularly on the globe’s great stages, including Hard Rock Live venues around the world. Jones also serves as president and band leader of Violectric, Inc., a band that fuses the passion and beauty of classical string instruments with the excitement of cutting-edge modern technology and effects. With Violectric, Jones has opened for acts including Josh Groban, SIA, Twenty-One Pilots, Adam Levine, Huey Lewis and the News, Katharine McPhee and Rascal Flatts. As a composer, Jones has scored and recorded music for several short films, full-length documentary films and television and radio commercials that have aired nationally and internationally. Jones is heavily active in philanthropic causes and is donating her performance at Ne10 to the Neon Museum to help raise funds for its Hard Rock Café guitar sign restoration campaign.
